LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) is the UK’s largest statutory speech and drama awarding body.
LAMDA began offering speech examinations to the public in the 1880s and since then the examinations have been refined and developed into a comprehensive system of performance evaluation.
At Fresh Arts Theatre School we prepare and enter children for LAMDA Exams through our Saturday schools. LAMDA exam preparation is included in the termly fees as we believe that it is important to be able to measure children’s progress in drama and to give them a sense of achievement.
Fresh Arts Theatre School also runs LAMDA clubs in primary schools across London which improve communication skills, increase self-confidence and develop strong social skills.
We currently have 100% pass rate across all of our schools.
